Each order is prepared and shipped within 1-4 business days. Our company takes all the necessary precautions during packaging, so that our goods reach your hands intact.
Shipments are made throughout Greece and abroad (EUROPE only)
For the safe transport and delivery of your orders, we cooperate with the following companies:
- Hellenic Post (registered parcel) for shipments within Greece,at no additional charge for weight up to 2 kg. Sipping with a courier company of your choice is the sole responsibility of the recipient.
- Hellenic Post:(registered parcel) for shipments abroad (EUROPE only)at no additional charge for weight up to 2 kg
- In the case of hard-to-reach areas or areas in which the charge is higher than that calculated in the order, the shipment is made exclusively by post with registered parcel.
If you wish your shipment to be carried out with another courier or transport company, please indicate this in the comments of your order. You will be informed of any additional charges (extra weight,or volume) prior to shipping.
The delivery time depends on the transport company and the shipping method and ranges from 2 to 5 working days for delivery in Greece and from 7 to 10 working days for foreign countries.
Odos–oniron.gr is not responsible for any delays in the delivery time of the order due to an obstacle of the transport company as well as for losses and damages during transport.
